Information Collection and Use

All information gathered on this Site is stored by SBB and its internet service provider. SBB takes the security of your information seriously. However, no security system is impenetrable. SBB cannot guarantee the complete security of information collected on this Site, nor can SBB guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. Again, if you are concerned about the security of your personally identifiable information collected vis this Site, please do not submit or post any information to SBB via this Site.

How SBB Collects Your Information

SBB collects and processes information provided directly by you when you install the App and register for an account to use the App. Specifically, this information includes:

  • Your name, email address, location, phone or contact book data, inventory of installed apps, and screen recording;
  • Browser information and session cookies related to your access and use of the App;
  • Data insights SBB attains based on correlation and analytics of your information collected in providing the App, which may be used in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics, to provide the App; and
  • Use of the above-described collected information in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats to enhance our current App or to provide App features.

How SBB Uses the Information

SBB uses the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy, including personal information, to:

  • Provide you with the App as described in the Privacy Policy;
  • Implement, improve and/or enhance the App, including to make future releases available to you;
  • Carry out SBB obligations as described or authorized in the Agreement and this Privacy Policy;
  • Enforce SBB rights arising from the Agreement between you and SBB; and
  • Fulfill any other purpose authorized by you and reasonably required for the App.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

SBB may change its privacy policy from time to time and at its discretion. All changes will be posted on this Site. By continuing to use this Site after changes are posted, you accept and agree to the SBB privacy policy as modified. You understand that changes posted to this Site may affect SBB’s privacy policy at any time and without notice to you, and you further agree to keep yourself appraised of any such changes.
